1. What do I need to bring?
Each guest is required to produce a current vaccination certificate
(minimum of F3) either by sighting on day of arrival or fax
prior. Alternatively, we can contact your veterinarian by phone
to verify your cat's vaccination
2. What happens if my cat becomes sick?
I would automatically contact your personal choice of veterinarian
(these details are taken from you on arrival) and seek their
consultation, with transport being arranged if required. In
case of immediate emergency, we have our own personal veterinarian on call and the South Eastern
Emergency Centre is highly commended and only minutes away for
around the clock monitoring or specialised veterinary care
3. Can I bring any of my kitty's personal belongings?
Of course you can! I welcome any belongings from home even
if all bedding and room furnishing are supplied. I understand
the need for concerned owners to know their precious pussy cat
has settled into familiar surroundings. Requests are always
most welcome
4. Are the rooms large enough or just small cages on
the wall?
Our rooms are floor to ceiling spaces of different widths and
depths, designed to accommodate different needs to suit our
individual feline guests. All rooms are aesthetically appointed
to create a less cage like environment. Adjoining all rooms
are adequate individual exercising spaces
5. Do the cats just stay in cages all day?
We have wonderful areas for our guests to exercise, investigate,
explore or just recline and survey. I personally evaluate each
guests needs and will allocate all the exercise time that is
required
6. My cat loves to interact with people. Do they get
cuddles?
I pride myself on giving my guests lots of cuddles and special
attention. Our guests enjoy spending time with me in the kitchen
preparing meals or sitting on the reception desk or office chair,
even spending quality time on my lap within their suites, both
of us enjoy a peaceful rest just like home
